Mon premier achat de la montre pour 2016 est ce Grand Seiko Spring Drive GMT Limited Edition SBGE033 qui a un beau cadran vert. Cette montre a été spécialement conçu en l' honneur du 55e anniversaire de la Grand Seiko, la ligne de premier plan le plus célèbre pour la Seiko Watch Company. Grand Seiko discrètement publié cette sportive nouvelle montre GMT, l'SBGE033 sans la fanfare qu'il a eu avec la collection historique 62GS retour en 2015. Cette stratégie subtile de marketing est très commun avec Seiko. La Société estime qu'il est inutile de promouvoir un excellent produit. Le produit sera naturellement promouvoir lui - même, si elle a été conçu et fabriqué pour impressionner par son efficacité et la qualité pure. Je crois que ceci est l' un des rares montres sportives seulement sous la ligne Grand Seiko montres (sauf les montres de plongée). Certes , il y a beaucoup de GMT Grands Seikos mais ceci est le seul avec une couleur chapitre anneau contrastant par rapport au cadran (blanc sur le vert). Il a également des mains et des marqueurs qui ne sont pas vus avant sur son GMT montres lumineuses. En dehors de l'aiguille GMT, il y a deux autres complications supplémentaires telles qu'une fonction de date dans un guichet à 3 heures et réserve de marche indicateur situé près de la position 7 heures. Il est alimenté par le 9R66 calibre maison, la version GMT du mouvement Spring Drive Technology 9R65 du Seiko. En savoir plus sur cela plus tard. Le boîtier est en acier inoxydable. Avec un boîtier de 41 mm de diamètre, la surface a été donné une technique spéciale de finition de la main appelé Zaratsu. Seuls 500 exemplaires de cette montre ont été faites.













Je originale vu ce modèle de retour dans un examen effectué sur les nouvelles montres par Seiko qui a été présenté au cours de Bâle 2015. Dans le cadre de 55 années de célébration de la ligne Grand Seiko anniversaire de Seiko, un certain nombre de pièces en édition limitée ont été faites. Celui qui avraiment attiré mon regard était le SBGE033. 

La couleur et l'utilisation de bracelet en cuir de série sont des traits uniques rarement vu sur un Grand Seiko. Ce modèle particulier immédiatement entré dans ma liste "must-have-it".Malheureusement, les fluctuations monétaires sauvages face à l'économie mondiale pour la dernière année mettre un terme à ma quête.
